We are trying our best to help everyone as quickly as we can. Obviously we want the permanent fix for everyone but while we are working on that we've started to help in any way we can. We understand it's frustrating and thank you for your patience.


take the servers down and leave them down till all the dam issues are fixed. You all should have tested this crap between CBT 4 and CBT 5. Shouldn't be having these issues during headstart.

I was having the same issue about the expired subscription, and I had preordered the Standard Edition at GameStop. I was waiting in the queue when I just decided to do this.

I went into my account page and selecting the "Grace Period for Preorder Users" link to the right. This link didn't work for me before, basically saying I didn't have an eligible account. But now it works for me.

I selected "TERA" and then hit submit, and it said "Complete." My subscription now changed to "until May 3rd." I'm able to launch the game now.

Hope this helps anyone else. If not, then... sorry.
