I was having the same issue about the expired subscription, and I had preordered the Standard Edition at GameStop. I was waiting in the queue when I just decided to do this.

I went into my account page and selecting the "Grace Period for Preorder Users" link to the right. This link didn't work for me before, basically saying I didn't have an eligible account. But now it works for me.

I selected "TERA" and then hit submit, and it said "Complete." My subscription now changed to "until May 3rd." I'm able to launch the game now.

I love how people log on here to tell me to stop whining. Yes! Do not have a backbone and tell a company what you think about their service. Anything, no matter how large or insignificant will ever outweigh the cowardice of [filtered] kissers that will continue to allow everyone in their lives to take advantage of them.

Pro-Life-Tip: If any company advertises something and then re-negs, at least complain and get your complaints known. Case in point. Sprint - Slowly added fee's on peoples accounts that were pennies at a time. Those pennies add up. People complained. People earned the right to cancel subscriptions with no fees due to breach in contracts.

Now if noone complained over pennies. They would have continued to make millions nickle and diming people. But that is okay, because most consumers are too damned scared of conflict to even approach someone who short changes them.

Next time someone does not follow through with what they tell you they will do, be sure to bend over, spread [filtered] cheeks, and take it like a "real adult man".
