"I was having the same issue about the expired subscription, and I had preordered the Standard Edition at GameStop. I was waiting in the queue when I just decided to do this.

I went into my account page and selecting the "Grace Period for Preorder Users" link to the right. This link didn't work for me before, basically saying I didn't have an eligible account. But now it works for me.

I selected "TERA" and then hit submit, and it said "Complete." My subscription now changed to "until May 3rd." I'm able to launch the game now.

Hope this helps anyone else. If not, then... sorry."

i see no such things . is it because i already have ce? cuz all there is , shop for games , enter codes then public identification :S

There's no way they are expecting everyone to go through the live chat option to fix this one at a time.

Facebook says they are.

Atleast never an MMO again. half tempted to get a refund for The Secret World online from gamestop and go through the official company.

Random angry post that shows I mean business because I payed for the game and I feel a level on entitlement to this product. I am so angry and will never forgive this injustice, The servers making me wait and ruin my Monday are worse than what Hitler did! RAWR RAWR RAGE
