I honestly think it's pretty unfair, when I called CS a few minutes after the servers went live they said that it would be 30 minutes....it's been nearly 4 hours and it still isn't fixed. I have been prepping to compete for Prime and this is really frustrating, knowing almost everyone I play with is 3+ levels ahead of me (with 3 hours of play time, even counting maint. outages)...and I can't even get in yet....I know it's not directly the fault of En Masse, but it seems like they could do mass email a code that gives a few days play time....or take the servers down until it's fixed (rollbacks?)...I know it's not fair to the people that are playing, but it sure as hell isn't fair to the people who aren't able to play and have been waiting for months either. This was important to me and I'm frustrated.

Quit being dramatic, it doesn't do anything other than make you come across as a child stomping their feet in public because their parents won't let them get a toy.

It Just irritates me that we bought straight from the company on good faith and allowing En Masse to make 100% return due to going through their site rather than the 20% loss for new products sold through a Third Party and this is how it has turned out for us....Lameness but I guess better now then later down the road

NO not better now. I'd rather deal with it a week from now when I'm capped....I've been very patient but this is messed up.

This temporary fix does work, but only if you've gotten the Physical copy, The Grace Period link doesnt appear for anyone who bought Digital.


Nope. I preordered via GameStop which is the physical copy. Don't see it.

Nope. I'm having the subscription issue as well, and I'm waiting in the phone queue. Posting about the situation with sensationalized phrases does nothing to resolve the matter in a quicker fashion, and serves no constructive purpose.

Additionally, potential constructive information can be lost within the cloud of dramatic and exaggerated word selection, thereby further stalling the resolution of the issue.

I sincerely hope for the sake of everyone else that whenever it comes time for you to deal with a support agent, you don't waste their time, and the time of those in queue, by yelling at them for five minutes about how unfair the situation is and why you think the company is terrible.

^ Win. This is so those that didn't get the preorder have a chance to catch up. Totally fair. :P They never said that the preorder would give us more time than the regular subscribers...just that we get to start early!
