I feel everyone's pain...I have tried since this morning to activate my acc..was even given an acc confirmation no.....and was told that my acc would activate within min...however its been over 10 hours now..and I will not complain here on this forum..
I wrote my ticket to support..and am giving them addional info and piece of my mind..but will not do it here.. Let's just give them time to Iron this out..am sure they will fix it as soon as possible...

Hey guys, we've made an (official statement) about the issues we've been having on the front page. We've been saying again and again how we are trying to do our best to resolve all problems for everyone. You can see some of our posts by clicking on "View Posts" option or even using a fan site like (this).

As we have multiple threads going on this topic, I'm directing the discussion to the bigger/older thread on page 1 of the General Discussions (here).


Hey, genius COMMUNITY MANAGER, we aren't asking you to link us to dead information or copy/paste and redirect forums back to this thread.

That announcement was made on May 1st.. it's now approaching the end of May 3rd and players still can't login because their account are "expired"

So far, all we've learned through waiting all day to talk to someone in your CS department is that your systems are down, there's nothing you can do.

We'd appreciate some constructive feedback this time.. the bull[filtered] three-ring circus routine doesn't make anyone less frustrated than they already are.

Found a solution to workaround the awful CS here and getting acconuts working.

Have been on hold for over 2+ hours, been in live chat for 5+ hours a time only to get NO AGENT AVAILIBLE BS

So i by accident found solution myself

NOTE this is NOT exploiting anything just a stupid linking system on the Tera site

Step 1. LOGOUT of account, will not work if logged in.
Step 2. go to http://store.enmasse.com/store/tera/en_US/html/pbPage.Subscription_Page/teraID.MTYxMTE4Nw__?resid=T59-3QoHArEAAAPHr8UAAAAL&rests=1336073133009
Step 3. Select sub plan even if you already have (this does not charge card, proof is on my account its still saying free trial and renewal on june 2nd)
Step 4. click proceed or buy, whatever you then wll be asked to login in.
Step 4 log in in link given.
Step 5 Checkout.
Step 6 Play


Considering their billing system doesn't sound like it's too reliable in the first place, I'd be worried of getting double charged for a subscription by doing it that way.

Are you saying it isn't???? It looks better, was in development longer with a stronger following, and I will bet it doesn't have this outrageous "Charge immediately despite free gametime (we are looking into it? HAH), and not let people play anyways (SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?)" issue.
