The latest information is that we are working to resolve all issues for everyone. We have a long support team queue because we are trying to fix everyone's issues. If you've purchased TERA, you will get the 30-day free, if there are any mischarges, we will refund them.

And we understand that folks are frustrated, but that does not excuse rude behavior on the forum. See Terms of Service and official TERA forum rules about being civil and respectful to everyone, as following them is a mandatory requirement to post on the forum.

I'm having the same issue. Sitting in the 700 person support queue for live chat atm T_T. Hope this gets resolved quickly.

I'll reiterate my experience -- there was no definitive resolution after my live chat. Some time after it (~1 hours), I received a few extra days in my account so I could play while they *do* fix it, but I wouldn't set your expectations to them fixing it in full at the end of your live chat. You will be disappointed.

Found a solution to workaround the awful CS here and getting acconuts working.

Have been on hold for over 2+ hours, been in live chat for 5+ hours a time only to get NO AGENT AVAILIBLE BS

So i by accident found solution myself

NOTE this is NOT exploiting anything just a stupid linking system on the Tera site

Step 1. LOGOUT of account, will not work if logged in.
Step 2. go to http://store.enmasse.com/store/tera/en_US/html/pbPage.Subscription_Page/teraID.MTYxMTE4Nw__?resid=T59-3QoHArEAAAPHr8UAAAAL&rests=1336073133009
Step 3. Select sub plan even if you already have (this does not charge card, proof is on my account its still saying free trial and renewal on june 2nd)
Step 4. click proceed or buy, whatever you then wll be asked to login in.
Step 4 log in in link given.
Step 5 Checkout.
Step 6 Play


Although I could do without the lip being given, this solution worked for me. I did it without logging out and applied the three month recurring. No charge on my card, instantly reactivated my account. Says that payment is due June 2nd.

EPIC FAIL!

This game is probably not real. They put up a bunch of videos online and then waited for a cash grab. The game does not exist we are all screwed. lol.

Seriously this has to be one of the worst failure of any MMO. At least crashes and massive server queues provided some hope of playing. Enmasse just took my money and ran.

I think I am going to get my money back; there are other MMOs out there that will do just fine <cough> $WT0R. At least the other games work, rather, at least they give you a chance to play.

Really can't trust companies that will do this kind of thing to its community.

My account was expired and I got "subscription not found" earlier. I just tried my account again and was able to get it. So looking good now for me (still need to get refunded for the mischarge, but that'll probably take a few days).
