I need a GM to please help me solve my account problem.

My boyfriend purchased a CE game from the Enmasse store and spoke to customer service in a live chat in order to gift me the game and they did so. This happened on Apr 29th.

Then on Apr 30th, I got the subscription expired/error issue and could not log in the whole day. Spoke to a GM in live chat and was given 3 days of free game time...this expired on May 4th....I then had to once again do the live chat and I spoke to the same GM. I explained that I still had this issue...he ended up giving me ANOTHER 5 days of game time. He also mentioned that he escalated my issue but this has resolved nothing.

The game time is going to expire in 2 more days.....and then I won't be able to play again.

I already bought a subscription/set one up (did it since Apr 30th)...and my account status is currently set to Trail (I am assuming this is due to the free game time). I have a unredeemed code showing but I cannot do anything with it to apply it to my account at all, also this is showing 25 days instead of my 30 days that is suppose to be included with the Collector's Edition.

I was not given a CD KEY from Enmasse via email nor did my boyfriend for his account - yet he can play and his account status is fine - he also bought/set up a subscription (just like I did) - and like I said before.....after these free days of game time are done....I won't be able to log in and play the game that was paid for.

I am sick and tired of having to wait 3-4 hours in live chat to get told no answers and be shooed away with free game time for X number of days to then have to do it all over again.

I have not posted on the forums until now because I have been patiently waiting to see if the bug would get fixed/resolved.

Please help? =(

EME is a really fking game agency...gotta say so...

why those purchased people no matter from EME store or other places like Amazon,
they already did pay the Standard or CE game code, why must bind credit card or paypal,
then can get 30 days free time???
We deserve the right to have this damn 30 days right after 5/1!!!

Just waited in 45 mins in chat support, my Subscription is expired i have a recurring payment that is not working. I cant purchase another subscription or do anything, but wait apparently. The Support rep was very nice but completely unhelpful. I guess i'm screwed like everyone else.

this happened to me last night, Waiting in queue for CS for 90 mins and they added a month to my account while they fix it up.

Same with the Mrs account.

Don't waste your time waiting in queue for live chat support. They are absolutely useless. They can't even activate your account temporarily.
