Sympathize with mortar and brick costumers. It seems rather a slim chance for us to get the codes by even thursday at this point. Im sure we all appreciate the head lines on the front page and your efforts. I feel though at this point there is not too much you can do on your end to hasten the situation. With that said, I believe it would be a decent gesture if you could elongate the CBT date until monday or tuesday if You feel that it would be adequate time for the retailers to get the codes.
However if that is not the case, then we are forced to wait until the next event..
On what reliable information are you using to say the keys won't be available by Thursday or Friday? I mean, it sounds more like you are making assumptions with no basis in fact.
While I'm sure everyone wants to get a chance to play this weekend, we also have to remember that this is a testing event and EME will need the time in between tests to work on bugs exposed this weekend.
Pretty sure nobody would complain about CBT being extended just saying.
I was not trying to state facts or persuade people into thinking that we would not get the dates. I was assuming based off of the letter addressed to us that the situation was kind of in limbo. With that said I also felt that, since no information has been given yet, and since the download is rather large, I would think it would be a nice gesture to give us some cushion.
its never too early to complain about something that hasn't happened yet. on circumstances that we are guessing about.

its a beta test. it was not guaranteed. you personally not being able to go or however many cant go on the first day is completely irrelevant. make it on the next test. plenty of time till then. and if you cant go then. there is always the 3rd test.
why is it so important that some cant go on the beta test? its a test. it was planned long in advance. i highly suspect the only thing that COULD change about it is LESS time to test, rather than more. if the servers explode due to load. we will probably just be SOL and expected to wait till next one. no compensation here buddy.
