Free server transfers tomorrow. Or if you are so impatient that 50min wait or free transfer tomorrow isn't good enough then ...

OR you can transfer tomorrow when they allow free server transfers.
I've had to wait in 100-160min queue 3 times so far cause I had to reboot, then my net dced while in queue, then my game crashed while in queue. I'm STILL in queue. As frustrating as it might be, find something else to do for right now. It won't be this bad later on.

You haven't been charged for a 3 month subscription yet. The only charge you would have is the pre-order charge.
They won't be billing the charge period till the end of the free 30 months.
You have no subscription to be refunded.
Now your pre-order MAY be able to be refunded, but I would assume that's going to stop tomorrow.
If you really wanna quit, better submit that ticket while you can, and make sure not to be trying to play the game (demand a refund from me while you're playing/trying to play the game and I'd lol in your face. Probably why I don't work customer service).
