The whole hardcore vs casual argument is tired and dead. The only difference between the two are priorities. We all get the same exact amount of time in the day and we have the freedom to spend it how we choose. What do I care if someone wants to play Tera for 2-3 days straight?

The only two reasons I can see why the hostility comes out is that either that person is jealous, or they somehow get offended on how someone else spends their time. I mean I guess if someones "living off the system" then that's technically my tax dollars, but then what's REALLY the problem? Don't really want to make this a political or moral issue, so I won't.

If I wanted to, I could most certainly take vacation time to play a game if I wanted to. If I didn't have other obligations and plans to use that vacation, I probably would. The vacation has to be used or else it goes away, so why not take some extra time off and do whatever you want with it?

Bottom line (tl;dr), calling someone out for spending more hours in front of a "time waster" than you do is just dumb. You aren't the high authority on what is acceptable use. Unless said person is hurting someone else, they are free to spend their life doing whatever they desire. If you don't care about this, why even bother to read the post to begin with?

chill out. no one is blaming/accusing anyone. it's a game. We laugh at our guildmates that don't bath over 2 days to reach lvl cap. it's more fun that way. No one is mad.

but if naruto is benny lava one, i still agree with other ppl said :P no offense. hardcore games are hardcore in every game.

Never claimed anyone was mad, but there's plenty of examples of people getting hostile ;) And I'm quite chill, thanks.

Hey everyone seeks some sort of recognition in their life for what they are good at. I personally wouldn't seek it from a computer game but people that take it serious enough do. Of the ones that take it very seriously they are free to admire the ones that are the best at pooping in their socks at the computer desk.

When I am in the game of Tera I want to be as good as I can be so I wouldn't mind having a couple of these poop sockers on my friends list. In the world of Tera they are the best, in the real world I purposely have a different group of friends because I probably wouldn't get along with the hardcore gamers. That doesn't mean you treat them like dirt when possible on forums or in the game. I can be friends with people through a game that I wouldn't necessarily get along with in the real world or agree with their addictive gaming behavior.

For people saying they are upset that these people are ruining their health, who cares. To those saying they are just jealous, probably. We all spend time in Tera and when we are playing we want to be the best. I for one want to be the best but know that I have to play my role in the game as a casual player since I can't compete with those that play the game hardcore.

Hey If I sat at home and collected a government cheque. I'd be lvl 60 too! unfortunetly I go to work and make money instead of leeching off of society...

Seeing as you somehow spelled check wrong and unfortunately wrong even with an in forum spell check I'm going to assume you don't make much where you work.

You can't really say that they have no life and live off the government when it only took them 1 1/2 days to get to 60. I'm pretty sure most people even people who spell check wrong can get a week off from work.

Actually he didn't spell *cheque* wrong here in Australia that is how it is spelt.

So assuming he doesn't make much is a misconception on your part isn't it?
