Can't seem to find my old thread buried here so I thought I'd create a new thread to help explain how I fixed this problem.

Took some time back and forth with En Masse's excellent customer service.

After having attempted multiple different 'fixes' for the launchers login button it came down to having a second 'unknown network' with my regularly connected network. So, to everyone having this issue, check your network connections... make sure it isn't a multi-network connection.

I have Win7 64 so I'm only going based off this version.

Click on either a computer symbol with a cord running up its left side or the multiple bars if you're wireless on the ride side of your task bar.

Now click on "Open network and sharing centre".

Under "View your basic network information and set up connection" check to make sure your PC on the left isn't connected to a Multi-Network in the middle. If it is, then this is your problem.

Under "View your active networks" you should see 2 different networks, most likely a second 'unknown network'. You need to get rid of this. This is what caused my Tera launcher to stop working after hitting Login.

Now how you get rid of this is up to you, there are multiple solutions on the web.

As I said this was my issue. If this doesn't fix your issue with the login button it could be the lack of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistribution pack installed on your computer... http://tera-support.enmasse.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/244

Hope this helps some of you having this launcher login issue.
