So I just want to find out what frame rate you guys are getting and at what settings. Asking in area chat is just a bad idea since I just get a bunch of people saying they get a constant 80.
I find myself dipping quite a lot and any camera movement seems to cause my frame rate to become unstable. I have it capped at 60 right now through the ini but it constantly goes down to 48 to 55 when moving the camera. In towns it can get into the 30s.
This is at max settings btw.
So either I have something setup wrong, this game doesn't like my hardware, or people are lying about getting constant fps on lesser setups than mine.

Maxed graphical settings in game, catalyst set to "use application settings" for all
1920x1080 @ 60-80 fps stable, occasional low spikes in the 40's/50's in areas with a lot of players/mobs

Area chat is generally bad to ask for technical support but sometimes you get someone that knows what they are doing and are nice.
I was having an interesting problem yesterday where my graphics card would ramp up to 100% utilization when I was tabbed out of the game looking at firefox. When I would tab back into tera (window mode) the GPU usage would drop to under 70%. After tabbing in and out for a bit my graphics card suddenly underclocked the GPU and memory by half even when I was logged into the game. GPU utilization was acting pretty normal but my speeds were just cut in half. I ended up having to hard shut down and then cold boot the computer before the card started behaving properly.
The only thing I can imagine is that when I updated my drivers the speed settings went berserk. So I would suggest you get software and monitor your GPU and Memory speeds because something funky might be happening.

tabbing in and out just to see your GPU usage go down is windows talking. Mostly because it
doesnt have to Process anything aside form what you already have on the browser.
If you want to see your GPU usage in action. Window mode your game, move it to the side
and have the app that tells you what the usage is on the side of it. keep Tera's window active.
)to where you can move your charactor around( and watch it go.
If you try to OC a stock and LOCKed Vid card, it is only natural that it will go NUTS because it
does not have support for it. <otherwise>
Please remember to summit a bug report stating that youre having perfomance issues
with tera, this would work better if everyone did so. S
Just add Spec, Fps with UI on, FPS With UI off. and ask them this question. "why?"
In your own choice of words. I did it already and hope they can reply with questions or Ideas
to ither temp fix or try to get an optimized patch fix for this. Tera is ment to be enjoyable in all
its glory, and we all demand to be able to see it as is. wouldnt you aggree?
Always below 30 FPS, may be a bit better since Nvidia released the latest driver(301.XXX) but yeh my laptops crappy. Planning on getting a gaming desktop in the near future though.

i5 2500k OC'd to 4.7 (with a water cooler) If you OC your i5 on stock fan you NEED to upgrade your fan. mine was very unstable and couldn't consistently keep the hz up.
