i feel your pain, frogster is terrible and doesnt care tho, nothing you will do will get them to ever change. they will do whatever makes them the most money, whether its censoring the game to avoid paying the small pegi12 fine, or refusing to hire any customer service, they simply do not care.

I didn't have the will to post this, glad someone did though, regardless of your feelings on TERA it is important to make sure they never get publishing rights to a game again.

as an american i feel their pain, they have waited years for the game, then when they finally get the chance to play it, find out that their version is run by douches who will not be updating the client at all, because that costs money, money they would rather be spending on more yachts.

MonVert is one of our many and varied trolls, we have a troll infestation here in NA. But find a good guild and you don't see them much at all.

EME isn't going to take over EU, but you could ask them if user support was strong enough to relabel one of our low population servers as a Europe timezone one.
