I know this is not about VM but can someone tell me the difference between Conjuct and Ruthless Conjuct?

ruthless conjunct is an better version of cunjunct with the new stat system, read this:

also you can take a look at the stats here: http://tera-resonance.enjin.com/forum/m/14336881/viewthread/7789636-new-ktera-sets-spreadsheet

soooo...is this worse than current vm?

Only in so far as the healing bonuses, but we would need to see a full set with jewlery and all to know.

So ruthless is pretty much impossible to get, unless you literally nolife the whole day every day, and then you get the KS limit, and that's that, so weapon alone would take what 16 weeks assuming you max on limit every week?

Well good luck.

Nope, cap is removed and rewards have been increased, it was in the Go letter. It's gonna take a bit but its completely doable. Biggest obstacle is Bellicarium, but from what I hear some of the mats are tradeable. But don't quote me on it.

This update is not going live in NA tera anytime soon. The fastest it can get here is like in 4 months, keep in mind that we don't even have full alliance patch yet...
So let focus on stuff that are now or soon like alliance patch instead of something 4 months away.

Treeshark already talked about it, Fed comes out next month, this content comes out the month after, they weren't kidding when they said they were gonna accelerate how fast we get updates when we removed westernization, and this is just gap closing!

So one thing that's really striking to me is they've actually managed to narrow the power gap between PVE and PVP weapons. The main difference between the PVE/PVP weapons is the presence of +10 pvp damage, at the cost of that flat 4.5/6% damage stat. Based on older posts here (not sure how accurate anymore) that +10 pvp dmg translates to about 7-8% more damage.

Is there a list of the new rerollable stats you can get now? It'd be very interesting to do an analysis comparing perfect PVE gear vs. perfect PVP gear. Because if the difference in power is less than 2%, it actually might be more worthwhile for some players to just make PVE gear for the increased versatility.

So I looked into it a bit. If we consider the 6% flat dmg vs 10 pvp dmg a wash (it looks like a 1-2% difference), the PVE/PVP weapon divide basically boils down to enrage damage vs crit +14. This is comparing luminous VM vs ruthless VM. Against a standing opponent with their back turned, the extra crit is something like ~4% more damage on average. So PVP weapons are definitely better, but it's more RNG based now.

Yep, as pvp damage modifiers are actually percentages. It's +x% pvp damage. X is whatever the number is indicated on the gear. But also, it's a diminishing return. It goes between .6-1.1. The more pvp damage you receive, the less it gives you. I think around 40-50 pvp damage in modifiers, at the later scale of it, you receive +.06% for every 1 there. 10 is probably about.... 6-8% additional pvp damage if you already have a lot of it in modifiers. So the additional crit is probably what really makes the weapon better. And even then, it's probably only 1.4% more crit chance on a player. I think they're trying to thin the line between pve and pvp gear for a more unified experience. That would be nice, but also annoying if true. You know what's a scary thought? The new pve gear pre-LVM will be much better than current pvp gear, I think.
