So i got a Mystic to about lvl 31 or 32 forgot :S and found them so boring with like 2-3 main basic attacks and heard there still pretty boring at lvl 60... What class is fun to lvl and stays fun till end-game?
any suggestions?
slayer and sorceror are a lot of fun. I felt the same way with my priest, just wasnt feeling all of these healing abilities for other people while soloing my way to 60 so I started a sorceror, priest is still right where she was. sorceror's closing in on 60 much quicker than I was with the priest. most stuff dies in a couple hits, if not less. plus with highest sustainable end game damage I imagine sorcs are still going to be sought after.
Slayers are definitely a lot of fun. That knock down mechanic is very satisfying at times too, awsome to see a BAM knocked on it's arse just as it's big enraged AoE is about to cause havoc. That you get to follow it up with some serious gylph and crystal enhanced crit damage powered attacks that cause big numbers to pop and hp bars to rapidly drain never gets old. Then there's the fact that for all that heavy hitting, you've got mobility that's the envy of every zerker you meet.
Zerkers are satisfying too, fun to mow down trash like a threshing machine.
This is definitely one game in which the usual "get to 20 then decide" can be on shaky ground when it comes to classes like the sorc. I don't play mine in the same way that I did back then, in fact I don't use those starter spells much at all compared to the bigger goodies we get later. I love my sorc, she causes things to die very rapidly, but she's a classic glass cannon and all the escape tools haven't stopped her getting flattened at times. Makes for some very exciting solo BAM fights.
I found both warrior and zerker very fun to pray.
Slayer or Warrior. Sorcerer's just frustrating until you get Burst of Celerity, which is at level 48.
Fun is subjective. But I'm not sure why you complain about the soloability of a *support* class. The strenght of a mystic is not how well it can solo but how it makes the rest of the party that much more awesome.
Not for everyone but for the people who like support the support classes are amazing. Slayer is nice, but way overplayed and has a but of a reputation for being the derp class (even when you miss you still hit because most of the moves have a wide hit arc) and if you find damge fun any of the damage classes can be quite a blast (I hands down prefer sorc over every other class)
I really recommend looking at some footage of level 60's for each class and seeing what has the play style you'd enjoy.
