Just a little note- as my husband and I discovered today, when you purchase a gender change- you do NOT (as in other MMO's that offer this service) get a NAME change along with this service- So if "Mark" decides to get a gender change- your chick toon- will be MARK... unless you also purchase a NAME change voucher- the website does not include this information in their offerings- and if, in fact, you approach a GM about this through their live chat- chances are you're going to be talked to as if you were a 5 year old- this was unappreciated and totally uncalled for- PLEASE CHANGE this- or at least make buyers aware they must ALSO purchase a name change voucher to complete their "transformation"..

Do a free transfer to another server (first create a level 1 with the same name). Wait the 7 days probation period and transfer back. Only free way to work around it unfortunately.
