GM or CM of TERA>please HELP*

I paid over $100+ for Physical Tera Collector's Edition about a week ago, And I was part of OBT/HS. Please do whatever it take so my account can log in & participate the launch of Tera.

I couldn't log in due to the error/or bug called *Expired Subscription*. I have heard many SUBSCRIBED players are effect by this bug. PLEASE do your best to solve the issue ASAP.
I've waited 25 hrs, but still I couldn't access Tera.

PLEASE HELP

m not stoping until I heard from the GM or whoever....I have the right to QQ because I haven't received any [filtered] reply from them

Submit a ticket to support and stop moaning about a problem they will gladly fix for you - if you took the couple of minutes it'd take to send EME an e-mail. Then just sit back and wait for them to fix it. I'm sure they'll take care of it pretty damned quickly based on how they've handled the other pre-launch woes.

I've been "sitting back" waiting for almost 12 hours. I agree that OP making ANOTHER thread isn't going to help anything.
However I also agree with his frustration... I am guilty of making a similar thread :(
