I trust you have a screenshot of this interaction?
Dragonfall? I think I was there.
Hit the "Print screen" button to take a screenshot and post it here.
GM's picking and choosing which offenses to single out and prioritize needs to be addressed as either NONE at all or they don't warn the correct players and their repeatable offenses.
Otherwise don't worry about it. It'll be a week before you see another one. They're all on extended leave as you can see from the lack communication, updates and posts as to what's being done.
You want the truth man? It might be hard to hear...
In Tera, a GM warning is an extremely bad thing. Once you've been warned, nobody will ever really trust you again - meaning you'll never be able to be a vanarch, guild leader, or even successful on the broker since people wont buy your stuff.
The best option would be to just re-purchase the game and start up a new account, that way you have no warns and all of Tera's features are 100% available to you.
GL with whatever you decide to do, I sure wouldn't like to be in your shoes right now...
no i dont have a screen shot of it i loged out to check if my account got some warnings towards it but seems like i cant find anything about it
What i saw was a Blue Box that was in middle of my screen saying i was be innaporate ir something looks very similar to if someones invites you or ask for a dual
i was little shocked and angry at same time so did the above and couldnt find any infomation about this subject so here i am
Sorry i should have took a screen shot but i did not really think about it druing that time i even asked GM to msg me in chat but recived no answer
You should take tons of screenshots. PrintScreen is your friend.
If someone see something that they find offended or against ToS, they can simply right click your name and report it. The GM will then review the chat log and see if it is against the ToS. At least I think that the process. I have reported gold spammer and such that way.
Could be a phishing thing. More than likely not but I've seen them in other MMOs.
Lol, nice story.
There's obviously something you're hiding for a GM to warn you specifically.
Otherwise, it wasn't really a GM.
This thread is pointless, because of the reasons stated above, it's easy to speculate as to why a GM would single him out for his comments and warn him, he obviously is either lying or did something really REALLY wrong.
I got banned for 3 days for impersonating a member of another guild and huge profanity but they didn't "warn" me before hand, they didn't even send me an email as to why I was banned. I had to seek out the information myself so with that said, this thread seems like a hoax.
