My girl's launcher crashes and gives that generic message, "Could be internet, could be Tera's servers, could be anything"

Is anyone else experiencing issues like this?

We live together and use the same internet and I didn't crash once. Some people in our guild crashed once where they had crashed before in CB but not as much as her. She crashed around 15 times.

I think it's her graphic's cards she thinks its the servers.

Because there are no QQ I"M QUTTING threads i'm going to assume it's diffenetly her computer and not the servers. Do you think it's her graphics cards?

She runs a really decent system but have had issues with it in the past not posting. Maybe she has corrupt RAM or a bad graphics card in her SLI set up or maybe her SLI bridge is gone bad?

Also - can you get an event log from windows, might help identify the cause.

Have you checked the modem? I upgraded my and my wife's PCs recently to handle games like Tera and to improve the look of WoW on the 64-bit client.

But, as soon as we started cranking up our video settings we got frequent DCs and lag spikes in both games. Finally upgraded to a faster modem and router and haven't had any issues since. It hadn't occurred to me that we were overtaxing our crappy old Surfboard and Cisco router.

Ok .. since you didnt post your specs :)
hook up your monitor as 2nd monoitor to your GF computer, or any other monitor as 2nd, run speedfan. Check if the GFX card or other stuff OVERHEAT..

Once she crashes, does she get weird colors and patterns,
On reboot do she get weird color and patterns, or is everything normal
Whats the temperature on speedfan in idle, and in working temperature with the game open up untill it crash?

For it to be the servers, if you guys play from the same place, and same home etc. and your stable, its not likely to be the servers, but more likely to be a failing hardware component on your side.
it came to my attention that when this game crash (network errors too) it does it nicely, and give weird errors. You sure she dont have a failing router, or a failing route ?

You didnt really give much to go by, but all of the above is stuff i would check.

ok. i aw you wrote 5G insteat of 2.4 .. you guys hooked up by Wireless ? .. if so, thats still a recipe for disaster, especialy when it comes to games!! .. tell me you are playing useing a RJ45 cable / fiber cable or some other kind of cable! .. as long as its WIRED!
