I purchased from Gamestop and have received my 30 free days, but I have not yet set up a subscription or entered my credit card info.
To answer the OP's question, yes the Gamestop edition comes with a free 30 days with purchase.

Are you getting some error regarding your free days and subscription? If so, you may have to subscribe and enter CC info to fix it.
I was just pointing out to the OP that the 30 free days do come included with the purchase of the game, and you are not supposed to be required to enter a credit card or sign up for a subscription to get them.
Unless of course you are a victim of the En Masse broken subscription system. ;-\
As I wrote before... I received my 30 days fine and I never signed up for any subscription and have never entered my CC info anywhere. This is how it is supposed to work.

I can't suscribe because i have no CC and I'm getting one this week. The first GM I talked to said I should get the 30 days without sub but another one after that said I have to -.- grrr Time to complain to support yet again :P
