Pre-orders and actual buyers.... like the main webpage says "All purchases before may 31st"... so you or any friend who buys the game before may 31st and set up tthe suscription... wil receive teh gold dragon weapon skin for free.....

Erm... what? Do you mean the Golden Dragon skins? If so, all you have to do it purchase a subscription for next month. Everyone CAN get it regardless of pre-order or not.
