Has anyone gotten the quest by random for the outlaw declaration at lvl 60? Just recently got it and I didn't really think at the time so I actually got it while I was in Velika and now I have the book to teach me the outlaw skill. Of course it wont let me sell nor throw it away and since I already have the skill I can't use it so its taking a spot in my inventory. Anyone got a solution?
