Got a refund then reordered, all characters gone...

Wow. When you get a refund from EME (and they were gracious and quick about it) they do it completely.

All my characters are gone.

So Sad, especially since those who didnt preorder but open beta'd still have their characters. Now I reordered, in at headstart, but no characters.

Wow. I suppose you can say I deserve it, but its kinda a cardinal rule of MMO's to never delete characters because it entices people to come back.

Oh and Arch, deleting your account and freezing it is too different things. You got a refund on the box amount, meaning they had all right to delete your lousy characters.

I'd contact our Support team to get the characters back. If you've played in the Open Beta Test, we haven't wiped anyone's characters.
