It's weird sometimes it drops down to 20-30% gpu usage and stays there.

Something is definetly wrong.

I think a lot of people have [filtered] pcs and say they have great ones just to get some attention/help. My computer is amazing and I have no problems what so ever. Here let me say this again :) I have not had a single problem with any thing and I've been here since cbt1 so ah very said forum post. This shouldn't even be in general it should be in either support or the suggestion section... Upgrade your computers

i think you're just suffering from Throttling: My laptop did the same thing until i bought a cooling stand for it. Now it runs tera at a steady 70 100% of the time.

If my laptop can run this game at full graphics for 6+ hours a day i'm not sure what to say about your desktop!

I, too, am getting FPS drops while playing the game.

My computer specs are:

ATI Radeon HD 6900 series 2GB
AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.1 gHZ
8 GB RAM

My computer SHOULD run Tera perfectly fine since I can run most games on the highest settings.

I haven't really messed around with my video card settings in the Catalyst Control Center.

I'm worried about mucking with those setting for fear of breaking something...

Yea, that's why I haven't really messed with anything besides the fan speed.

I haven't ever needed to consider messing with the settings but Tera isn't running as smoothly as it should.

To be exact, my card is the HIS Radeon HD 6950 ICeQ edition.

Yeah, I am sorry, but to the guy saying peoples systems are [filtered] he is crazy.

I run a fx4100 quad core OC at 4.1 ghz
8 gb 1600 ddr3
550 ti slightly oc
My system temp never topped 39c while playing, cpu or gpu.
I am running a 600w PS which is plenty for my system.

I know plenty about building boxes and how things should run, and my system should not dip down into the 20s, ever. Over CB4 the best I hit was high 50's, but I would fluctuate between 40-20 randomly. That is a code problem. I run several other MMO's at max settings and have no issues pulling over 70 fps. There is something wrong here, and I have noticed a change since CB3 to CB4
