Guild level benefits ?

Anyone knows what are the benefits of leveling a clan? I know about items you can buy, like potions and scrolls, when at lvl 2. I'm guessing you need to have a specific clan level later to run for office and own a clan hall. But is there a web site that has a list of benefits?

Hopefully not much. Putting in overpowered guild perks (Like WoW did) kills the whole guild system since people will only join for the perks.

Guilds should be groups of like minded people that get together to have fun, not groups of people that never talk and just abuse perks.

Nothing is really listed yet as a compendium, and people only know what they have seen themselves thus far. It seems items/guild halls/vanarch elections is it thus far but I'd expect there to be more. We'll see.

I'm also worried about guilds that are dramatically large getting vanarch positions through in-guild votes alone.

Yeah I'm a little worried about that as well. I run a small guild, and I've pretty much given up the idea after seeing multiple guilds reach close to member cap in OBT alone. I assume everyone's going to vote for their own guild.

Important Overview:
-Level 2 Guild: requires 20 tokens
-Level 3 Guild: requires 50 tokens
-As Nick and the video stated, there will be higher guild levels.
-As Nick stated, in order to keep your guild at the level you desire, you must turn in the amount of tokens the day before your two weeks is up from your last guild level up.
EX: In order to obtain guild level 2, it takes 20 tokens. After the guild has leveled, 13 days later, you must turn in another 20 tokens to stay at guild level 2.

BENEFITS OF GUILD LEVELING:

Vendor that opens up that sells tokens and potions

Potions: increase EXP, increase skill dmg of a players [excellent for pvp]
Tokens: can buys armors with these tokens, also, you can trade these tokens for even higher level armor

According to kTERA players, level 3 guilds are allowed to be in the political system [vanarch]

Higher level guilds are allowed to have GUILD HOUSING in Velika, Allemantheia(sp?) and Kaiator! There are around 50 houses around the city that you can take for your guild house.

Guild housing comes with loads of benefits. They have guild buffs, NPCs that sell items within the guild house and members can directly teleport to the guild house from anywhere. [think of L2] Supposedly GHs grow with the sign and wealth of the legion.

@BorisD
Well, that will definitely happen. Walmart guilds have way too many members not to have a vanarch.

I've seen that video but it raises the question of what happens to the guilds that come later and want guild housing? How long does housing last? How do you handle supply and demand? Is it first come first serve?

I just have more questions than answers so I wait.
