So, we are currently 3 days out of the next registration stages for Vanarchs. There has been no word on the status of this "feature" when it comes to PvE server.

Dragonfall which I do believe is the highest populated PvE server has had about 43 GvG battles that ended with a winner (not including the fake guilds that someone thought would be "funny" to see the wins or the draws and surrenders) since this became available over 1 month ago. FORTY THREE! that is it!

They said they are monitoring GvG on PvE servers, but come on, it has been nothing more then a pain on the PvE community and that is very obvious. I don't think there is any need to monitor this anymore, it didn't work, lets move on please.

The answer isn't removing it. They need to find a way to give the "best" zones to the guilds who have the most votes, and the gvg grudge matches get the table scraps. That's how it should work. The problem is finding a good value between kills in gvg and votes.

PvE server = Forced PvP disabled
PvP server = Forced PvP enabled

I personally am a fan of PvP and am itching for some battlegrounds to be put in, but I understand that the many should come before the few, no matter how vocal they can be.
The stats of GvG clearly show that the many are the ones that do not want to deal with GvG, when you have less then 50 GvG matchs on a server with over 1700 guilds and of those less then 50 matchs, it is 5 or 6 guilds with ~75% or more of them happening in the first week of GvG being available.


They want more people involved in GvG, then open up server transfers from PvE to PvP... Suck it up and just do it. I wouldn't be surprised at this point if the PvP servers wouldn't welcome some new guilds that want to GvG at this point.

Agreed here. PvE servers are for those of us who do not wish any non-consenual PvP. GvG itself is a gray area (someone -could- leave their guild if it went into battle ready status, but it would really suck to drop from a guild you like cause 75% of them decide they wanna GvG).

GvG Vanarch is non-consenual because it is a vital feature that effects everyone, and the only way to influence it is PvP. Jerk guild keeps GvG'ing for Vanarch (and winning by default) and setting taxes at 15% without opening anything? PvE'ers have zero way to stop them, save to break the very reason we are on a PvE server.

GvG Vanarch on PvE needs to go, please.

I play on Jagged Coast and even I think GvG Vanarchy on PvE is a bad idea.

People roll on PvE because they don't want to PvP. Plain and simple.

Simple Solution move to a PVP Server, and accept the loses u'll incur as u switch to a new server
