where the heck are they? ive looked everywhere and ive finished all of the hungering caverns quests yet no one has the gl quests.

where can i find them and what do i goto do to unlock em?

"Core" quest line starts in Allemantheia,check your story line quests.
So you know,it's a long story line.

You have to complete the dungeon once before the quests become available, back at the first outpost in Hungry Caverns.
