How do I level up skills, such as alchemy and blacksmithing, so I can use the creation workshop in Velika? I would reall appreciate the help
Buy recipes - Craft items.
Up to 250, focus on the gathering recipes. (Ingots, Leathers, etc)
Try to resist converting your runes...chances are you'll regret it later when you go to craft a weapon or armor....I just up-converted over 400 runes a few days ago only to find I can't use them before 280 weaponsmith...
I dont mean to sound like a noob but could you make it sound simpler
Go to the "Creation Workshop" area in Velika and enter one of the hubs. Speak with one the the design merchants in the middle, and buy the ones that you can learn (not shaded blue). Learn them, and then walk up to one of the anvils/labs/whatever around the edges of the room. Press F to interact with it, and select which profession you want to work on. Select something you want to craft, and look at the materials you need. Chances are you can find most of the materials from one of the vendors in the middle of that room, the rest you'll need to farm or buy from the Broker. Craft as much as you can, you'll get 2 levels per item you create, until you hit the skill cap for that item, which is about every 50 skill levels. Then go back to the design merchant, and buy more designs that aren't blued out. (There should be more available now that your skill is 50) Repeat up to level 250, or in some professions, 300, and then you'll need to wrestle your way through the rest of the levels with expensive crafting recepies.
