That's your fix, it seriouspants works, it's just something that didn't patch properly on the eastern seaboard. :D

lol I love you guys so much. Thinking you deserve some compensation for not being able to play as early as you might have wanted. If you dont get to play a few hours, you don't deserve an entire extra day. All of us are preorders so we get another early play before launch. The max level cap will be 38. So there is no way anyone will be -that- far ahead of you. Let's just be glad that this game exist and play the heck out of it when we get the chance to. It's not like today is the launch day. Come launch, we all would've already had played the game. And then you gankers can have some fun.

It is only impacting supports ability to chat.
You can connect to chat, but the agent may be disconnected unexpectedly.
While connected you may experience a delay in response from staff.
While connected staff may experience a delay in receiving your chat.
Our support team is working to fix this issue as quickly as possible.

Due to sheer volume? But no one central or east coast can get in so this HS to be a different problem. Extra time added on doesn't help me I work. And agree with having the advantage of guild and characters name that now wont be available. What did we pay the extra for? Get us back in and kick the west coast out.

How can we waste more money?

This is a joke. So, basically what I'm being told is that there are too many people trying to play right now so I'm out of luck to play a game I paid for. What's going to happen when servers go live, for crying out loud? I shouldn't have to go through this kind of crap. I'm really rethinking my purchase here, especially if this doesn't get resolved in the next hour.
