Same problem waited a few hours per instructions but then noticed customer service is only open till 10p PST so it looks like I shouldn't have waited to report. Guess I'll have to download tomorrow :(.
Yeah I just pre-ordered this morning and there's still an issue with it.I didnt get the email nor do I have an active account under games.. I sure hope they re gonna fix it for ppl before beta starts... I submitted a ticket too.

I purchased two games about 18 hours ago,
Still haven't received either of the games I have paid for so it clearly still is a problem
However I asked a while ago to make sure that if they didn't resolve it I would still be able to play.
So I am confirming that if you submit a ticket and ask them to place you on trial status until they fix it
You can play the beta with the temporary trial status.
My account was "Trial" and "Active" (got in the beta without pre-ordering), then I pre-ordered and the Account Type hasn't changed from Trial.
I have no email confirmation yet, either, so it's broke, but I can download the new patch.
