same thing here.. havent gotten any emails, and no games in "my games" list fired away a ticket 6 hours ago.. hope they will start helping us the minute they get into work .

My account was "Trial" and "Active" (got in the beta without pre-ordering), then I pre-ordered and the Account Type hasn't changed from Trial.


This is the same for me, but I thought this was normal until we actually get the retail code when the physical game ships/arrives. Am I wrong? O_O

They answer tickets very very fast. Really amazing fast.


You will be able to play beta, while they sort out the issue.


So no stress, just keep an eye on it :)

Well, seeing as how I got the digital edition, and even if I didn't, there should be some sort of confirmation for your purchase. Pretty much anything you buy online will give you some form of confirmation. Add to that the "Trial" status still on my account, it seems like it's still broke, atm.

Interesting thing is, I didn't even get an email confirmation beyond the Paypal pay confirmation. So, I have no mail or no online account details saying I purchased a game or have an active game key or anything beyond an order number.
