Same here, when i login to my account it still says: "Add Your First Game!" on the green button. It had the invoice after purchase, but no e-mail or way to view purchases after i exited the screen.
At first i thought i didn't submit payment or something, so i attempted the collectors edition a second time. Submitted a ticked & the order number associated with it (asked not to be charged for 2 purchases though ><).
Still no response & i don't even know where/how to download the client. I'm assuming once it is considered "added to my account", that there will be a download option nearby.
