Same here, when i login to my account it still says: "Add Your First Game!" on the green button. It had the invoice after purchase, but no e-mail or way to view purchases after i exited the screen.

At first i thought i didn't submit payment or something, so i attempted the collectors edition a second time. Submitted a ticked & the order number associated with it (asked not to be charged for 2 purchases though ><).

Still no response & i don't even know where/how to download the client. I'm assuming once it is considered "added to my account", that there will be a download option nearby.

Bah, so frustrating. ^^;;;

Ah ... well I did get an order confirmation, but I was already in the beta (from being in the CPE). So I was expecting that there might be some change on my account page to show that I'd actually purchased the game, but no. For me (since I ordered the physical game), I'm expecting that nothing will change until I put in the registration code that comes with the game. Sorry I wasn't more clear. I was just trying to find out if it was supposed to change (or not). My bad.

I ordered last night, submitted a ticked 2 hours ago, haven't heard anything except a receipt from paypal/ digital river and an automated response from support. I'd like to at least get the download started so I have a chance of playing. This sucks. I just love the appearance that I've thrown $70 into a black hole.

I ordered a total of three all under diffrent emails and I used the same paypal email for all three. Over $200.00 so I could play with my boys. No response from my ticket yet, No email no key.

Same problem here. Purchased Collector's Edition. Anyone else feel like En Masse just stole from them.. ?

Hmm ... I'm not sure how that would work. If you ordered from the EME website, they flag your account to be able to be in the beta. Since you bought them all with the same email, I'm not sure how that works. :O\
