So I had a chat with live support about PVE-PVP Server Transfers and at the moment they aren't possible because when transferring from a PVP to PVE Server, you bring your PK skill and infamy along with you.
To preface, the GM told me it's simply not possible to do.
So I said:
"Reiizm .: Well, at least to ease my mind, will transfers between PVE-PVP be possible in the near future, if not the future at all?"
To which the GM replied:
"GM Paratera: It may be
The best way to make it a feature is to post it on the forums and gain supporters"
So who's with me?

Meh... I don't see why not. Sure. Doesn't seem like a bad thing.
But inb4 someone complains about how you could level on a PvE free from being ganked and then head over to PvP.
I wouldnt mind if PvP can move to PvE, if they relized how they actually do NOT enjoy open world PvP... or it was actually not how they imaging it to be... and rather play one PvE with controlled PvP in terms of Nexus and etc.
But can't see how it be fair or make sense for PvE to go PvP...
You can't really say, omg i enjoy killing people... i want to go to PvP... since PvE doesnt have open world attacking other than dueling.
PvP > PvE i can see happening
PvE > PvP ... not sure if you can make a good case for it.
Games like this are about pvp, even healers enjoy when they are able to kill other players... so I think that most of PVE players will get bored after a while of make instances in where after 3-4 runs you can totally predict what will be the next boss' movement. So they will have the change to move to a PVP server and enjoy the full game. Ofc they won't be able to go back, but lest be honest, after test blood, who gets back to drink water?
well being on both pvp and pve server i dont support the move from PVE-PVP, cause now what youll have is a ton of people leveling on PVE then transfering over to PVP just to avoid being ganked or dealing with PK's to me thats not really fair, if you want to play endgame on PVP you should have to suffer through the lower levels like the rest of us.
honestly 25 and under why not just create a new toon, you can get to level 11 in about 2 hours , and 20 within minimum of 10 hours. adding more "rules" for the transfer wont happen. especially not while the pvp servers are more populated the pve servers.
Make a new character on whatever server you want to play.
Getting to 60 on the "wrong" server is not a mistake you made overnight.
A lot of people made that gamble to level up on a PVE server and hope in the future to be able to move to a PVP server to have an obvious advantage over others. It was a gamble, didnt work out. Deal with it.
The game does not at any point deny you from playing with your friends. It only denies the right to mix 2 different rulesets. I have characters on PvE and PvP servers. I support no transfer either way.
