I'm just stating theres no reason to care about the money. Either you're going to play or you're not. I've already paid for my game and doesn't matter if I Can't log in today or until may 1st I will be playing Tera at some point. You're complaining about missing out on a few minutes of "gifted" play time.

Keep in mind that most people are likely still at work or class at this hour, and not trying to log into the game. Meaning, while a lot were trying to log in, it's nowhere near the volume that it could have been.

It doesn't matter if one is "new to launches": If one pays for any service they should get it.
Some people have lives and put things on hold to play at these hours, made arrangements to be able to play at these hours.
Honestly I was hoping for much better service as they had time and knowledge of about how many players there would be. As I said some have lives, jobs, responsibilities so I dare say not all players are even trying to login in yet.
What a complete disaster & disappointment.
