How much longer to fix the "turn off auto-renew" issue ??

Alright so my free month is up on June 11th and I'm really not down for getting billed for any time after that. I want to be able to simply turn my auto-renew subscription off but I still can't. I know the guys are trying to fix numerous issues with both the servers and the game, but this is just something that shouldn't happen. Its my money that they're wasting if they can't fix stuff on time; I know MMO's like Tera cost money I've got no problem with money but to be honest I just put that info in to get my free month, then hold off until they release Tera time cards. I prefer to pay for MMO's that way.

I know they're working hard on this but I really hope the issue gets resolved soon, I heard that by May 30th you'd be able to turn off auto-renew but alas still you can't. I hope things get cleared up, I want to be able to continue playing Tera but at this rate I don't know if I will.

no, fixing a massive issue like not being forced into being billed due to their bad design aimed to make casuals accidentally pay for another month, is not something that they will be quick to fix apparently, despite it being a VERY SIMPLE issue to fix. there is no excuse for this, its just "we do shady stuff and have your cc info"

i like this game, but just knowing that you cannot cancel your sub at any time without actually speaking with a rep, is something that looks very bad for a company.

There is a way to automatically cancel your sub , i know it's not very versatile but you can try it , just withdraw all your money from the credit card so they'll not be able to bill you because of credit 0 or below 15 USD or whatever , and it will get cancelled.

even after opening a ticket to turn off auto renewal and it showing it as no longer being automatic I was still billed this morning.

Same issue...quite frankly this [filtered] is unacceptable & I feel as if this was done on purpose in an attempt to catch people off guard or a cheap ploy to get people to lazy to contact their CC companies to stay.

I believe you can change your CC information on your account, just remove all information regarding to your CC and it should be good? Correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't tried it.

No you can't they disabled the option to erase CC info just edit and save valid cc info wich is per se pretty shady, i know i can remove my info from steam or psn store if i wish to.

Guess what guys. It works just fine now that you have been billed. I got an e-mail right away. Sounds shady to me
