I took Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. I work all day Friday though. I can't get that day off since, no one is trained for the specific job I do on that day, so no one to cover me.


Aww that sux..! But at least you took many days off and you will get to play when you come home on Friday too :)


Actually I work from 7am - 11/12am, then have to head back to work at 4pm - 10pm. So that leaves me with about 4 hours playing time that day.


That's a really long day of work! Good luck with that... Too bad you didn't get to teach those noobs that work with you how to do the job... ^^

I don't have a job yet, but I've put in apps and may end up with an interview later this week (almost certainly grandfathered into a job, since my Future-Mommy-in-Law used to do it) or definately next week. And when I do:

"I can start work anytime, but I'm going to be out of town from the 28th to the 2nd."

I've been rehearsing that line in various forms in my head for like two months.

Ya I suppose. I tend to work odd hours at times. Such as today I worked from 6am - 2pm and go back in for 2 hours at 10pm

I actually did this for FFXIV. But instead I took off 2 weeks! lol... Totally regret it now xD

For Tera I'd be ok with it, simply because combat would be fun enough on it's own.

BUT, I'm currently saving up money for a $2,000~ PC and a $2,600 Cintiq.
(I make minimum wage.)
So I'm not taking any time off until I have enough for these.



a 2,000 pc? That thing better give good reach arounds, lol. You can build a High end pc for 1/2 that cost.

I sure hope you plan on making money with that Cintiq, 2.6k is a hefty sum if it's just on a passing hobby.

The PC is gonna be meant "to last" but at the same time, im too chicken sh*t to build my own PC. (Shoulda seen me sweat like crazy swapping out my old GPU for my current)
My PC is actually worth closer to 1,500 if I built it myself.

as for the cintiq, I don't currently have a job which requires it. But Have a story I'm going to draw up in a very long comic book.
II'm currently still in the development of the story stage. (Going on year 12 now) Once I'm 100% done with the story, making sure every bit remains entertaining from start to finish, and 99% plot hole proof, I'll begin drawing up the whole comic.

I also won't bother showing off the comic till it is almost done. So I won't be pressured into rushing any parts of it.

Considering the amount of content is in the story, and looking at similar comics, I'd say it will take me 15-20 years to finish drawing up the whole thing.
So the Cintiq is going to help speed this process up allot. (actually that estimate is based on using the cintiq, rather than my old method of scanning for 30mins, and cleaning up pictures for 2 hours.
