Hokay, so En Masse Dc's me for not setting up a subscription yet (Yeah, my fault).. So, I go derping along setting up a subscription with my credit card assuming the impression that I would be able to log back in and continue enjoying the game.. Anyways, long story short, I get the confirmation saying my order was confirmed yada yada yada... Log in; still can't play. I log into my account managment, and it still says expired, so I go through the process again, receive the confirmation AGAIN. Log into account management AGAIN. Still says expired. I notice that in my unredeemed codes is a link that reads "subscription" I click on it and a message pops up saying I don't have any eligible games? Uh, What? ... Anyways, just wondering if anyone has found a fix? I understand there are a number of people derping around with subscription issues this fine morning. I also understand that this is a newly released game, but En Masse should at least be on top of their subscribers? Meh, I wonder if there is some Tera players out there getting like, a year of free time or some tish. Muahaha. So, yeah... Waiting on that call back En Masse, been two hours now.

Take a number, many many many people cannot play atm.
Sucks bigtime, so many different issues with billing, game codes, people that havent received the game in the mail yet.
Im pretty pissed.

At least you got to play for some time. How about those who paid money last week and still can't even download the game due to Enmasse Dl service. Not even letting us know anything.

En Masse should allow players like you two, and probably countless others considering the physical copy is sold out, an extra free 30 days.

When you set up your subscription, your account/card is definatly not supposed to be charged until AFTER the 30 days of freedom are up. No misconception, call them up.

I finally got passed that point by using my credit card directly instead of paypal. Now I'm trying to figure out how to stop automatic billing.
