Why can I not download the patch or log into my account even though I have preordered through Enmasse?

It says, "Terra-Standard: Insufficient privs"

If I'm not mistaken, right now as we speak there's a server maintenance going on. Wait a couple more hours and it should be done, thus allowing you to patch and stuff.
