I'm sure that works well when talking about actual people that you meet face to face or at least in a more serious environment, which I'm sure you do in your job. But do you honestly think you can grab the classes in this game and fit them into that model even in a very broad sense? I doubt it. This is why psychologists don't analyze their patients over the internet. Heck, the reason why some Lancers are hard to deal with and taking control of the parties isn't because they have the personality of a boss. It's because they're oportunists. All they want is their rare armor. You can't really deal with people like that the same way than with your boss. Your boss, even if he's hard to negotiate with, will negotiate. A Lancer kicking a Berserker because he doesn't want to roll on armor against him won't.
Look, if it makes you feel better (or at least less mad), I admit that much of the mockery in my post was either exaggerated for the lulz or not directly aimed at you, but rather at the type of conversations posts like yours usually start, where everyone starts making their own analysis. But I still think it's silly to try and fit these classes into that model. Especially considering that the game has been out for less than a month and the population is still all over the place.
