I suggest you learn to use the support and search functions. Me myself have not had an issue with account management all working for me but I upped my sub to a year =D

Are you a derp face or something? DigitalRivers is the company charging you not EME learn to read before posting. EmE has nothing to do with DigitalRivers charging you and not ending it.

As someone said conntact EME support to get them to refund for the money DigitalRivers charged you

EME can't pass the buck on this one. DRI is only a billing company. EME is the company that gets all the money and they are responsible for this horse[filtered] fiasco.
