Can't. They won't take ma moneh. Or at least I haven't found the option for them to take my moneh. Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe they just screwed up hard. Again.

I used a prepaid card which is now empty to buy the game, so they probably wanted to use that for to renew my subscription. I have another card ready for them, right now, with all the money they need, but I see no spot to input the information.

Anyone else with this problem or, better yet, a solution to it?

Thanks Sera, that allowed me to identify the problem. EnMasse knows that I have a subscription, but somehow the website thinks I do not. So the Manage Subscription button isn't there. It's still on Setup Subscription. That's annoying. That means I can't play until they fix that.. But at least now I know what the problem is.
