ok I find this really dumb. I have been playing this game since CBT3 and i had no issues with the games or mods. I always found it wierd that i couldnt access the store but i thought that was just an error. Well now the game launched and i have to use the store to sub. This same error pops up so i go and make a support ticket. While there i look around and find out that Asia, Africa, Russia, and the Middle East are IP blocked from NA tera. Im part of a Military family who lives over in Japan, but i dont speak Japanese or Korean so i didnt buy KTera, and usually NA mmos (such as Swtor and WoW) never gave me an issue. On top of this Enmasse says i cant even get a refund for the game. So they basically let me play the game for 2 monthes and test their game, then i cant even play the game when it launches and get a refund, i find this completely unfair.

Look up a VPN. You can try using TOR, or if possible you could have a family member back home get the subscription setup for you.

No but that sucks for you man, I mean at least it gets rid of the plague of chinese gold farmers/spam etc russian hackers etc etc.

I'm from VA, but you swear that players in U.S don't also do this. You know the company of gold farmers might be located in Asia, but many players that actually do the gold farming are U.S players right?

You know in China alone, there are 2.2 billion people, 500 million are online users. Out of that probably 0.001 percent are actually gold farmers. Now going by percentage alone that's probably even less the amount of gold farmers located in U.S. Our country is far more technology advanced than "most" Asian countries, you really think there are no "hackers" in U.S?

So you actually think a gold farming company would pay 100 american workers $8-10 per hour to farm gold...? As opposed to paying 100 chinese workers $2 per hour for the exact same job minus all humane conditions needed to run the exact same operation?

Could i perhaps get a source on this? All these years of "working" with them and I guessed I missed the part where they were all located in the US....
