So why can I not play unless I wait 1-3 hours? You are going to lose a lot of subscribers due to how poorly you guys are handling the situation with queues, and letting people that have buddy passes have the same chance to get in as people like me that have paid 60 dollars. I understand that many of these buddy passes will never get turned to purchased accounts, however the amount of people with buddy passes I'm sure is no where near how many people will buy the game come May 1st. The queues will not go down any time soon. If they do go down it is due to people giving up on your game because you failed to have enough servers at launch.

I know having 50 servers is a good way to have a bunch of ghost servers long after launch, but you need more than what you have now, especially with PVP servers. Either that or increase the population of people that each server allows in, to keep your PAYING CUSTOMERS happy.

I will wait the extra time to log in, I do not have a choice. This is the game I want to play, however I feel it is being handled very unprofessionally. Those that have paid for their right to play are being pushed aside by people that have not invested even a penny to your company. Very unprofessional, and you are hurting your game before it is even in stores.

Feel free to flame me or UMADBRO me, because that's what the internet cool kids do.

I said the same thing, and my only response was the thread being closed. Why En Masse allowed the Buddy Pass users the same queue privileges as paying customers... the world will never know. However though do not be confused, En Masse has great customer service man. They just made a horrible decision here that needs to be fixed.

Absolutely, and it's not fair for them either that people that haven't paid anything have the same chance to log in as all of us who have paid our way for the service.

Please do not tell me you believe majority of those in queue before you are paying customers. There is 3 keys given per pre-order, which are being given out all over. With that, lets say there is a 3 to 1 ratio of non paid to paid customers.

That assumes everyone gave the keys out. I didn't give a single one out, did you?

Emphasis on "lets say", this generally means i'm speculating... but whatever. As for me, no I refuse to give out keys to further increase the queue due to non paying customers.

@LostValkyrie:

In essence, would you be happy if a friend you were waiting to play all day with told you, 'Sorry, 3 hour que. I won't be playing, this game sucks' because you had to have your precious 'priority' que? The only fair/balanced way to do this is to give EVERYONE a chance.

The alternative is they could've opted to lock EarlyStart for Pre-Orders only, but they've chosen this route, so this feels more like a 'launch' than anything else. Regardless, I doubt it's the Buddy Passers that are causing your Que. Even SW:TOR had this problem. I rerolled 3-4 times to get a server without que at launch.

@Aelus:

You're assuming this 3:1 ratio is if EVERYONE activates their three codes. FURTHERMORE, it assumes that EVERYONE recieves their budy code.

ProTip: I've bought 3 copies of the game (one for me, one for two of my friends,) I didn't recieve a single buddy pass in my E-Mail.

so many people are giving them out on gaming forums, funny.
its either some dont have rl life that play games like them or they have no interest in this game at all hence you're not giving out, otherwise you would.
I know i did to friends

@ Katosu

Again, why should someone who has not paid be prioritized over me? I am a paying customer as the OP said... they have contributed nothing to En Masse. And yeah I was at SWTOR at launch, I know how it went. At the same time, it was not nearly as bad as this (thankfully I did not roll on VoT in open beta before pre-ordering) in which your paid customers have to wait 2-3 hours to login?

Oh and I realize they have this server transfer come Monday,but that's not going to fix anything. All you'll successfully do is make it so every server will have 1-2 hour queues (PVP ones). And I said above I was speculating, I didnt say for hardcore facts it was so. Still, do you believe the ratio of pre-order customers is higher than buddy passes?

@ Abitwindy

They are indeed all over forums. I was on MMORPG today and saw people just pasting away their 3 codes which means for that 1 person he brought 3 people with him who didn't pay. Something many above won't acknowledge.
