The buddy code redeemers are currently a very small portion of the players. We are monitoring the server population very closely and will make decisions based on all of the data we have and we are trying our best to make sure we don't create servers that won't last. Thank you for being patient!


Thank you for the feedback Minea. People need to realize that there is a queue on some Servers (VoT I am looking at you) because too many people try to play on that server. This is NOT something EME has control over. Unless you expect EME to grab people by the throat and yell "DONT JOIN SERVERS THAT ARE ALREADY FULL" there is nothing much they can do.

The only solution that I know about, is the thing GW2 is doing, where you are going being placed on a "ghost sever" until your turn of the queue is up, and then automatically transfered to your server.

well for starters. you arent owed anything. the official launch isnt til May 1st so you are owed anythi8ng and quit acting like you are owed everything. secondly. they already stated that there arent that many people playing with the buddy codes. a small number. i undrstand your frusteration. i was kicked twice due to random crashes n had to wait an hour + every time. now say this keeps up at launch. then i agree with what your saying. but seroius. man up and quit being a baby./ they dont owe you anything

As a paying customer you can play on any of the recommended servers without a queue.


"but i want to play on a pvp server"

ok. I want to be able to fly through the air under my own control (in tera). should i make posts complaining and threatening to cancel if they don't implement that?

I honestly do not believe that. This is clearly a corporate lie to try to soften customers. A small portion? Yeah right. I see those buddy keys being used and given out everywhere and you want to say a small portion?

Also I understand there would still be a queue, but it would still be LESS without buddy passes. Weren't we promised an exclusive head start anyways? This is not exclusive as you dont even need a buddy key to get in. I saw a guy on MMORPG fake being in the hospital and you all gave him a key.

Canceled my account off to newer titles that are stable and fun. Cancel was easy and im glad i canceled. Game is just another grinder and wait to play.

Sorry they owed what i agreed to pay for. WHich was play time in headstart. That is the deeper issue. They should have made a buddy code server. Funny yu state they owe us noithing yet i got a refund on what was not owed. LOL

This annoucment sealed my stance......demonstrates that enmass is not going to change much even before May 1st conern disconnects and querey times.

We're not paying extra for the headstart, it's just a perk. If you're buying the game anyway, what's the problem? These complaints have no warrant.
