Alright, fine, but where is the announcement about this? Where is the news item? It has not been done as they said they would. This is the first I've heard of it being extended to June 30th, it was extended to May 31st initially. Not June. Also there was and still is no news announcement about the fix and ability to change subscriptions on the 30th.

They are still leaving their customers out of the loop, we have to go digging for everything. You cannot deny they are going about this in a very sneaky and underhanded way.

The fact is they should have had the ability to change this all along, like everyone else, we shouldn't have had to wait till the 30th. This isn't "whining" this is called registering a complaint and awareness with a business and it's practices. Do you really expect us to just sit back and say nothing after a month of false promises? To just lay down and let a company walk over us? I'm sorry, but I'd rather not let them try and screw myself and others over, thank you.

So... are we going to get charged full price for the month of June, then? Or will we get a rebate for the month of June if we pick a subscription option that should have given us a reduced price?

You know what, nevermind, I don't have to ask that question. EME will give me a reduced rate for the month of June, because I won't be taking no for an answer.

My sentiments, exactly. If anything though, we'll get the price of whatever plan we're currently on, which will be discontinued since it's during the price promotion, but if you wanted to move up to a cheaper plan, they better compensate.

I don't think there has been an announcement about it yet because it's pretty much brand-spankin new info. Generally speaking I don't like to sit around and wait for information to find me, and I got the impression that the extension of the pricing was a very very new development.

Considering typical business structure I bet the update / announcement is sitting on a supervisor's desk as we speak waiting for the greenlight to get pushed out.

Do try to give a bit of credit to the fact that EME is approx 100 employees trying to make this happen so... they've got to be neck deep in things to do.

and as for the next month... if you are concerned you'll forget to change your sub I highly recommend turning off auto-renew... that way you wont get charged at all and it'll be the perfect reminder to go change it when you try to login =P

At the time of saying that, I was not aware they had extended the time frame, again, for an additional month. Which goes back to my issue of them not communicating. Also, I'd rather not end my sub and lose out on the golden weapon skins, thanks.

(but was also instructed to contact support if that didn't happen)

if you REALLY want to change your sub plan just send a support ticket and they can remove your sub and then you can set it up again. The sub plan change is not working - they have made that known, but if you do want to change it just send in a ticket and they make it so you can pick again.. its not THAT big of a deal, I sent in a ticket and mine was fixed in a couple of hours. Dont make something more out of the KNOWN issue than it needs to be. There is a way to resolve it if you think and use your mind instead of just going to the forums and complaining and making a lot of noise over something that is not a major issue.
