It is ok to kick people from LFD groups before even pulling a boss

Was just told by a GM that there is nothing you can do if you are kicked by a guild group in a dungeon. Been kicked from a 4th BT run even though I had run over 7 times and just not been lucky with a weapon drop. Wasted an hour of my queue time and it used my cooldown timer for the dungeon. En Masse just lost a subscriber because they apparantly see nothing wrong with this.

En Masse doesn't seem to care about a lot of things. Ignorance on their end and I'm willing to bet they have a handful of blind fanboys who support this issue.

TBH, they should just remove the kick feature when the group is formed using the dungeon finder. Greedy kids in Tera need to learn you don't always get what you want.

Or they could implement something to prevent this abuse.

DPS have hour long ques, and getting insta kicked wastes another hour.

But if the GM said that it isn't an issue, what is there to report?

the same happens to me in a regular basis i have done BT or FOK plenty of times but i just haven't seen the weapon drop, not that is needed to complete any of the instances. but people just kick you out wasting your 2 hours of wait time and your dungeon timer the community in this game is getting worse by the day

I'm not jumping to conclusions. I just got off the GM chat support and he told me that "while rude it is not against the rules". Don't know what else I can do other than choose not to support a company who thinks that behaviour like this is acceptable.

pic or it didn't happen, the gm telling you. AND if he is saying theres nothing he can do, ti's because atm thats how the system is set to be until they change it.

the funny part is that those weapons drop in that instance from the last boss so .... they are not tuned to require the damn enigmatic (insert weapon name here)
