you guys are setting the bar awfully high. Ive had nothing but an extremely pleasant experience with the gamers and customer support here. I am well on my way to head start weekend! ill be a lil behind because of my slow internet but ill be there.
They don't even let me use the live chat. Boring.
customer support here is easily the best in any mmo in years, awesome fun talking [filtered] with GMs in live chat xD
EME's support is incredible. I had a problem with my bank and my physical collector's edition got charged the other night at the worst time possible, so I had to contact their customer support to make sure I wouldn't miss out on my order. ;_;
I was freaking out, but the GM was awesome and even got me the tracking number to show me that my collector's edition was, in fact, on its way. :3
Every time I've dealt with their customer service, they've been so awesome and helpful, and I've never had such a great experience with any other company. Normally I dread contacting customer support, but not with EME. ^_^
I as well had the best exp. to date with EME customer support. I remember submitting a ticket to have my Forum name changed because when I created the account I had no idea it would have been puplic because I had used my real name. EME changed it to Spuff within 1 min.
Another was when I was running a dungeon and we had looted an item. The item randomly vanished into thin air. 10 min later a GM said that they noticed what had happened and immediately mailed us that missing blue item lol...
WoW GM's always seemd pretty helpful but my best experience to date was with the customer support and the GM's on Allods Online,really great bunch of guys,seems like the guys at Enmasse have taken a page out of these guys book,good too hear they are so helpful,looking forward to really playing this game now,the customer support for Vindictus (NEXON) was absolutely horrid so i left.

Customer support is awesome but they have a nice sense of humor too.
GM Batfish answered a question for me a few days ago, i also had to ask if they knew any way to speed up time. They said they have time travel belts but they wont be selling them till after launch. :D
At least they understand that CS is just as big a part of the game as everything else and being nice and friendly works WONDERS for us. ^_^
Yeah, I've done two support tickets, one was to change account status back from OBT to CE when I used TERABETA code on my secondary account and the other was a vague question, they've gotten back to me on both before the OBT even started so I didn't have to worry about them, within hours from sending both.
Rather unique responses as well, not the best spelling at times but all I care about is answers and fast.
