Cash shops are evil. Wallet suckers.

I'm fine with cash shops for some things, like cosmetics and character changes. A mount or two would be fun; since the in-game mounts look amazing they could always put something completely silly in as a cash-shop mount (A giant pink bunny, based on the current critter model, only for Elins?).

As a note though, if they do mounts, they'll need to do them like WoW - pay once and get it for all your characters. I've never bought a mount from a cash-shop that applied to only one of my babies. :\

lol I can't believe some people actually want a cash shop in a subscription game. It's a horrible idea in my opinion, especially since I just came from playing a few games that have cash shops and all the people on the forums there do is whine about the cash shop.

Personally, I think that cash shops should really only be for free to play games. Subscription based games should focus on content that can be earned in game reasonably.

If they do eventually add a cash shop they should definitely be extremely careful about how they implement it, what they sell, and how much they sell those items/"services" for. A game can go downhill real quick because of a cash shop.

I actually don't mind vanity items, but the style of glasses they have are god awful for the theme of this game. Plastic frames? seriously? That is so out of place in TERA. Glasses sure, but not modern ones. They should have just implimented a monacle instead.
