If I'm being interpreted as a troll, then I believe that'd be a first. I was merely stating that the fact people typed like that confuse me. I highly doubt there are any classes or any place where capitalizing each word is standard. So where does one pick up that habit? The only way I can think is if English isn't their first language, but surely they'd have picked up the most basic rules of sentence structure if they're on English-based sites all the time. Usually when I tend to read posts like that, the way it's laid out ends up more of a distraction, so that I typically don't even pay attention to their point. Same goes for all caps posts, I usually just skip those.
