This story quest leads me to kill thulsa in Kelsaik's Nest. Im level 59 and I can't que for the dungeon. and its apparently a 5 man dung. So am i just under leveled? Or do i need to fin a tank and a healer who are ont eh same step of the story quest to do it with me (which would be near impossible considering how bad the chats are split up and how unsocial people are in this game.) So what do i just give up? or can i use the que finder at lvl 60?

Kelsaik is an endgame dungeon that you most likely won't complete in 59 gears. And it's certainly a dungeon you DO NOT want to PUG for.

For normal mode. thats all i want to know. Do i need to recuit eople who are ont eh same stage of the quest as me? or can i get freinds who are not up to it or done with it to help me?

I've yet to complete normal but have attempted in in lvl 59-60 unenchanted gear. Best we did was to 70% before getting destroyed.
Kelsaik is THE hardest boss in the game currently due to heavy/costly Mechanics.
These mechanics lead to quick wipes if nothing is executed properly. (My kind of challenge.)

Both change a bit but over all it's only successful with a good group and through communication. Even then you have a chance at failure if you watch closely to the end of the HM run video.

You can queue for the dungeon after you complete the story quest. You can also enter HM after you complete the story quest. You can group with others because it's a real dungeon like LoT/ET/FoK/BT/ToT etc. As long as others have completed the story quest or is currently on it, they can enter Kelsaik's Nest.

The boss is very hard. Be prepared to die if you have no clue what's happening. I wouldn't recommend pugging it, find some guild mates and get ready to learn the fight together. The fight is mostly on the tank and the healer.

plan on doing this just for the joy of beating it, the loot from here isnt even close to worth the time invested to kill this boss, if your doing it to finish that quest in there, i highly recommend skipping it.
